Growers Alliance-5 Ways to Enjoy Coffee at the Holidays

Ever thought about stirring a little coffee into your holiday celebrations? Here are 5 ways you can do just that!

  1. Coffee Egg Nog

A new twist on the holiday classic eggnog. It mixes the best of both worlds and it’s so easy to make!

  • 1-1/3 cup of eggnog
  • 2 – 2/3 cups hot brewed coffee
  • Whipped creams (optional)
  • Ground nutmeg (optional)

      2. Coffee Glazed Ham

  • 1 butt-end bone-in smoked ham
  • 2 ½ cups of fresh brewed black coffee
  • 1 A cup of brown sugar
  • ¼ cup of coffee liqueur
  • ¼ cup of Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground pepper
  1. How About a Coffee Scented Candle?

Nothing beats the smell of fresh coffee brewing but we can’t always have coffee brewing so the next best thing is a coffee scented candle. Try                       Yankee Candle or shop at any local home decorating store for the perfect coffee scented candle.
